Frederick A. Duah, PhD | Founder & Managing Partner

Frederick previously served as Founder and Managing Director at private equity firm Six One Bravo Capital Group, overseeing fund formation and strategy for the firm's inaugural fund in addition to managing the firm's operations and fundraising initiatives. A dynamic and entreprenuerial executive, he leads Boswell with nearly two decades of experience that spans the intersection of business operations, finance, and innovation.

Prior to Six One Bravo, he served as Vice President of Strategy for one of the largest independent post-acute care organizations in the Northeast, where he delivered revenue growth through targeted M&A, strategic planning, and business development. In addition to his corporate experience, he served as CEO of a Denver-based nonprofit healthcare organization and previously founded and led a boutique management consultancy advising executives on leadership, strategy, and organizational performance. 

Frederick received his Business Management degree form Harvard University and holds a PhD in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern University. He is Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds executive certifications from Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
