Frederick is Founder and Managing Partner of Boswell Investment Partners. He previously served as Founder and Managing Director at Six One Bravo Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market healthcare investments, overseeing fund formation and strategy for a $150 million inaugural fund.

He previously served as  Vice President of Strategy for one of the largest independent post-acute care organizations in the Northeast, where he delivered revenue growth through targeted M&A, strategic planning, and business development. Additionally, he has served as CEO of nonprofit healthcare organization and previously founded and led a boutique management consultancy advising executives on leadership, strategy, and performance. 

Frederick received his Business Management degree form Harvard University and  PhD in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, with certifications in Business Fundamentals (Harvard Business School) and Corporate Finance (Columbia Business School).
